We tend to receive requests for course removal when a user accidentally signs up or no longer wants to complete a course. We’re permitted to archive trainings, but only those that were self-requested.
To verify this:
- Navigate to the ‘Training Details’ and scroll down to ‘Assignment and Version History’.
- ‘Self-Requested’ must be listed as the ‘Transcript Delivery Method’.

IMPORTANT! If ‘System Assignment (LAT)’ or ‘Direct Assignment’ is listed as the ‘Transcript Delivery Method’, please create a ticket including the reason for the request. These statuses typically indicate that the training is mandatory and is required for the user to complete. |
