IMPORTANT! Always troubleshoot completion issues before marking training complete. If troubleshooting fails, you can mark the course complete using the following guidelines and requirements. 1. If the view time exceeds the length of the course. (General Courses) 2. If the user can confirm when they completed the course/attended a session (Sessions within the 'Developing Cultural Intelligence Curriculum') 3. Before marking the course complete, request a screenshot of the completion page/last slide. 4. Completion issues related to the ‘Title IX’ course should always be escalated. |
