Typically, accounts are created from the HIRS system 24 hours after the user's start time. For no account-related issues, kindly collect the information within this standard response to determine how to proceed.

Once you've collected the information, follow the steps outlined below:


  1. Determine if the training the user need access to falls under DISD CMS Learning, Compliance or Performance Core. 
  2. Room scooch where necessary.
  3. If a user needs an account for any other reasons outside of training, please assign the chat/ticket to DISD CMS Performance/Core.

1. Could you provide us with your start date? 
2. Are you a substitute (yes or no)? 
3. Would you be able to let us know the reason you're requesting access to Cornerstone? If there's a training you need to take, kindly provide us with the training title.
