Users would need to reach out to the administrator listed on his/her account in Cornerstone. You may share the name listed within the ‘Training Details’ and the link to assist the administrator with approving the external training.

It appears your external training is ‘Pending Completion Approval’. This needs to be completed by the administrator who’s listed on your account.
