We can assist users where we can, like providing navigational assistance when it comes to reports for DISD. However, should a user need further assistance with running a report or need permissions for reports – create a ticket. The DISD Learning Administrators will handle these on a case-by-case basis. 


If they need help with creating a report, please request the name of the report and/or a short description of the type of report they need to run – you can tweak this standard response as needed.
