IMPORTANT!

Always troubleshoot completion issues before marking training complete. If troubleshooting fails, you can mark the course complete using the following guidelines and requirements. 

1. If the system shows 3 or more total views for a course. 
2. If the view time exceeds the length of the course. 
3. If the view time is less than the length of the course, but there have been 3 or more views. 
4. If any of the above occurs with no more than 2 courses. 
5. Before marking the course complete, request a screenshot of the completion page/last slide 
6. If any of the above occurs with more than two courses, create a ticket.
