Accounts are created from the HIRS system 24 hours after the user's start time.

Please cross-check the system to confirm if the user has an account. If there is an account for the user, then please provide the SR.

To log into your account, navigate to your Learn Center using the following URL:

You will be prompted to log into your account using Single Sign On (SSO) through EAD and the active directory. If you should need further assistance, please let us know.
