If a user comes into chat requesting a password reset, please note that the system requires that the user logs in using SSO.


User information is fed from the HIRS system including employee EDA (Employee Active Directory) information. An employee's account becomes active 24 hours after they report for work. Please cross-check check start date before you provide the SR.
